Card board template to establish location and shape of swim grid. Secured on a "strong back" frame on scaffold which will be used to mount the completed part.



Melamine and Formica mold on a "strong back frame".Yellow cut out line is taken from the cardboard template. Gray shapes are for ladder and cleat recesses.

Picture this mold as " upside down and inside out"
