Waxed and ready for "layup"
Forward deck hatch bosses, recess around edge for glassing deck to hull. Three white molded areas for Lewmar hatches. Wood and white part for deck hatch locker.

Gel coat applied

Airex in place

Vacuum bag in place

Cosmetic repairs "Touch Up" gel followed by polishing

  • Roberts Gray  (unwaxed)

Top Coat

  • Roberts Gray and Cloud White (waxed) Gel 50/50
  • Add 1 Cup Cabosel Per liter
  • Sprayed with Schutz Undercoating Gun 65 PSI
Grey undercoat and non skid applied

Non skid completed (Blue Masking Tape Removed)

These  Brass Hawsepipe / Cleats were given to me by a special friend. I designed the deck around them. When it came time to order three more from the manufacturer, I found out that the manufacturer did not make them anymore. The solution was to make 3 more cleats.
